O’Fallon has grown 65% over the past 10 years and continues to grow at a record pace. Residential growth is at a steady pace; retailers such as Target, Kohls, and home depot have taken notice and recently opened stores in the market. IBT came to O’Fallon with the community’s best interest in mind and was able to attract Linen’s N’ Things, Old Navy, and Gordman’s to Join them in their quest. With that, O’Fallon retail Walk was developed and has now become one of the most successful shopping centers in suburban St. Louis.
